2024 Roster

Our first Will has been with CS Velo from the start.  His career highlights include winning the 2022 Killington Stage Race and taking 5th place at the 2019 Pro Nationals Time Trial.  He spent this winter training the house down in Spain. 

Gleason is not only a relentless competitor, but a bike industry professional.  He bridges the gap between athlete and innovator.  He can also find the breakaway almost as well as he finds town line sprints.

Taylor brings a wealth of experience to the team, having raced in the pro peloton since 2014.  The former Colorado state road race and crit champion is just as happy cruising for 8 hours as he is bumping elbows in a crit.

Sean set the Everesting World Record in 2020 with a time of 6:59:38, and won the overall of the 2022 Tour of the Gila.  These are the marks a pure climbing machine.  He returns to racing in 2024 after missing the '23 season due to injury.

"The Motor" Schroeder is a 30-34 Cyclocross National Champion and Idaho State Champion in the road race and criterium.  Whether it is chasing or creating the break, you can count on him to push major watts.

Josh is an engine.  The TT extraordinaire has won races against the clock from Arizona to Oregon and beyond.  He started 2024 off with a bang by winning the time trial and the GC at the Valley of the Sun Stage Race.

Kieran is a true mountain goat with plenty of racing experience in Europe and America.   He left his mark on the Gila Monster last year and looks to do the same in 2024.  He currently attends the University of Connecticut.

Owen is entering his first full season with CS Velo after a few guest appearances in 2023.  He broke his collarbone in the first, but was not deterred and returned a few months later to win the Green Mountain Stage Race.

In between racing the Lifetime Grand Prix, John will swap his GS1 out for an NS1 and join the squad for some stage racing in 2024.  He is 3x Gravel Worlds 150 champ

Maddox keeps the wheels spinning through every twist and turn of the road.  With a keen eye for detail and grease-stained hands, he is the backbone of CS Velo's performance.

In addition to bringing the team to a nearly 25% Will rate, Mr. Barclay does all of the little things to prime the riders for peak performance.  

Christhian transitions from rider to director in 2024.  He raced for CS Velo for 4 seasons and will bring that first hand peloton knowledge to the team car.

With a long career in cycling spanning continents, Tad commands respect as a seasoned director and tactician.  His expertise helps transform ambition into success.
